Museum of History,
Art and Culture of Yelapa

Created by the community of Cabo Corrientes, Jalisco, Mexico, for everyone. The Museum of History, Art and Culture of Yelapa (MHACY) is a non-profit project that researches, communicates, educates and preserves its historical and cultural heritage, as well as its environmental wealth, for all generations. 

MHACY has a permanent mixed media exhibition and is recognized by the National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH) as the particular custodian of the archaeological pieces found in the area. MHACY has a multipurpose room where it offers workshops for the community.
